Director of Program Management

A company is looking for a Director of Engineering Program Management.

Key Responsibilities

Lead large-scale, multi-disciplinary programs from concept through delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic goals

Collaborate with engineering, product management, operations, and executive leadership to define program scope and execution plans

Establish program governance, milestone tracking, and risk management to ensure timely and high-quality delivery

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience in program or project management within a technology or software development environment

Proven track record of leading large-scale, cross-functional programs in a fast-paced organization

Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies

Experience working with distributed teams and global organizations

PMP, PgMP, or Agile certifications are a plus
