Clinic coverage will

be in Schaumburg, a new state of the art facility, which opened in

August 2025. Our 100,000-square-foot multi-specialty medical office

building offers Primary, Specialty, and Immediate Care, lab

services, imaging, and more. Possible satellite coverage will

extend to Hoffman Estates practice.

New

facility will house 2 endoscopy suites, with 2 additional endoscopy

suites in the Hoffman Estates clinic

Compensation & Benefits

The anticipated base

compensation range for this position is $500,000 - $525,000,

depending upon the applicant’s qualifications and experience. In

addition to the base compensation, this position may also be

eligible for a productivity bonus, sign-on bonus, loan repayment

assistance, catalyst training stipend, and relocation bonus

equaling a total target cash compensation that may be between

$525,000 - $650,000.
