Outpatient Primary Care Physician – CareMore Health

CareMore Health, part of Elevance Health , is seeking experienced Primary Care Physicians to join our outpatient team. We are reimagining healthcare delivery with a patient-centered, team-based approach that focuses on prevention, quality outcomes, and coordinated care.

Position Highlights

Outpatient-only, full-time practice - no inpatient responsibilities

Collaborative, team-based care model with nurse practitioners, case managers, behavioral health, and social services

Administrative and clinical support so you can focus on patients, not paperwork

Meaningful patient relationships with an emphasis on prevention and wellness

Qualifications

MD / DO degree with Board Certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

Current or eligible medical license in the state of practice

Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in primary care required

Commitment to patient-centered, value-based care
