Facility seeks a NP for a permanent position in the Manhattan area. You will provide comprehensive care to families as well as engage in health promotion activities.

Details :

• Full-Time Schedule
• Pay range is $115k-$125k (DOE)
• Patients of all ages
• Board Eligible or Board Certified
• Average of 16-18 patients per day
• Clinic is looking for a provider to start as soon as available
• Must be a certified FNP
• Current NY license
• DEA certificate
• LGBT health certification a plus
