Estimated salary range :

Base Salary : $175,000

Expected On-target Earnings : $350,000

50% Base – 50% Commission

Position Overview

The Sales Director – Asia Pacific (will be responsible for driving growth and building relationships across defense, intelligence, and critical infrastructure organizations within the Asia Pacific region, including U.S. Indo-Pacific Command (INDOPACOM), the Australian Defence Force (ADF), and key allied government like Japan, South Korea, Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, New Zealand, India along with others and commercial partners).

This role will focus on delivering Ocient’s hyperscale data and analytics solutions for mission-critical operations, secure data integration, and AI-enabled decision support. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of defense and government technology landscapes in the Indo-Pacific region and a track record of building trusted relationships with senior decision-makers in complex, multinational environments.
