CoVet is an AI copilot application built to assist veterinary professionals by saving them time and allowing them to focus more on animal careor even get home on time. We are a small, passionate, and agile team with a strong mission to improve the veterinary industry through innovative technology.

The Marketing Coordinator will strengthen CoVet's marketing capacity across countries, campaigns, community initiatives, and events. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants broad exposure across digital marketing, event management, and community engagement, helping ensure coordination and execution of marketing initiatives. They'll work closely with the Community Manager to improve conference performance, logistics, and lead reporting, while supporting broader marketing activities such as ad production, content coordination, and project tracking.

Key responsibilities include:

Conference & Event Coordination: Support logistics, collateral, and booth preparation for veterinary conferences. Manage shipping, inventory, travel coordination, and vendor communication.

On-Site Engagement: Capture and share live content (photos, short interviews, social clips) for channels like LinkedIn, Instagram, Reddit, and Quora.

Community Support: Assist the Community Manager in post-event lead reporting, partner outreach, and engagement tracking.

Marketing Project Coordination: Track marketing timelines, ensuring that content, campaigns, and product updates stay on schedule. Support production of marketing and sales materials.

Content Support: Draft short-form posts, assist with editing case studies, and help coordinate email campaigns and ad deliverables.

Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams (Design, Product, Partnerships) to align deadlines and deliverables across marketing initiatives.

Performance indicators (KPIs) include:

Conference ROI and lead conversion tracking

Event logistics and vendor satisfaction

Social media engagement and content volume from events

Ideal candidates are proactive, organized, and curious. They thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments and are as comfortable managing spreadsheets and timelines as they are talking to people on the ground. Experience in social media, events, or marketing coordination is a plus. Candidates in Europe (FR, NL, UK, ESP, DE) are prioritized.

Qualifications:

~5 years of experience in events, social or project management in relation to marketing

Based in Europe

A strong level of English with a second language is a plus

Previous agency experience is a plus
