Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Civil Engineer to join our team, focusing on land development projects. This role requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in civil engineering and a passion for developing and mentoring staff.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage land development projects from inception to completion.

Design and implement stormwater management systems in compliance with NPDES permitting.

Utilize Civil 3D and AutoCAD for site development and civil design tasks.

Oversee grading and drainage plans to ensure adherence to engineering standards.

Collaborate with project engineering teams to deliver quality outcomes.

Contribute to departmental growth and development strategies.

Essential Skills

10+ years of experience in land development.

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.

Proficiency in stormwater design and NPDES permitting.

Experience with Civil 3D and AutoCAD.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Professional Engineer (PE) license is a plus.

Previous management experience in engineering projects.

Work Environment

This position offers a flexible work environment with 2 days working from home and 3 days in the office. The role provides an opportunity to help run the department and play a crucial role in the company's growth.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $38.46 - $57.69 / hr.
