Title : Banking Customer Service Representative / New Accounts Specialist

Location : North Bay

About the Role :

We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented, and customer-focused

• Customer Service Representative (CSR)
• to join our banking team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, assisting with account openings, answering inquiries, and providing exceptional service that builds trust and long-term relationships.
• Key Responsibilities :
• Greet and assist customers in person, over the phone, and via email
• Open new checking, savings, and other deposit accounts
• Explain banking products and services clearly and confidently
• Process account maintenance requests and resolve customer issues
• Ensure compliance with all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Cross-sell appropriate banking products based on customer needs
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Collaborate with branch staff to meet customer service and sales goals
• Qualifications :
• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
• 1+ years of experience in banking, financial services, or customer service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with banking software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Bilingual skills a plus!
