Associate Risk Manager - Senior Living and Social Services

As a Risk Manager, you'll spearhead the delivery of top-tier Risk Management services, empowering Client Executives (CEs) to develop cutting-edge cost containment strategies. With your depth of industry expertise and knack for building lasting relationships, you'll elevate client safety measures and revolutionize risk management efforts. Exhibit comprehensive knowledge of industry trends and product offerings aligned with Risk Management services.

Develop and communicate effective strategies to assist clients in managing risks and

Collaborate with CEs to develop customized cost containment strategies while ensuring service deliverables are met.

Utilize business acumen and relationship-building skills to consult with business leaders

Collaborate with CEs to retain existing clients and secure prospective ones by delivering impactful risk management solutions.

Provide consultation to Property & Casualty clients on comprehensive cost containment strategies.

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, CEs, service partners, and carriers.

Efficiently prioritize travel demands to effectively fulfill service plans for assigned clients.

Bachelor's degree in risk management, safety, or related field, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

Industry certifications such as ARM, CSP, or CPCU are desired.

Wisconsin P&C Insurance license is desired, or willingness to obtain within the first 6 months.

Demonstrated proficiency in communication, adaptability, customer orientation, and problem-solving.

Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Ability to make presentations to high-level executives and collaborate effectively with a team.

Willingness to travel to client sites approximately 40% of the time, including some overnight stays.
