Job description50+ hours; M-F, 1st shift and 2nd shift with potential for weekend work OSHA 500 or higher Bilingual Spanish / English 3+ years of experience as a construction safety manager Conduct project safety inspections and employee orientations Provide safety training as needed Monitor worksite employees and enforce safety protocols Review and manage safety-related documentation and contractor correspondence Perform additional EHS-related tasks as required Excellent public speaking and communication abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) Strong organizational and multitasking skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team OSHA outreach training experience (preferred) Professionalism and confidentiality in handling sensitive information Strong understanding of EHS and industry regulatory standards in construction Ability to effectively communicate safety principles and regulations

Job Details
- Hourly Rate : $56 / HR (local)
- Per Diem : No perdiem
- Completion Bonus : $150 / month
- Pay : Weekly

Project Scope
The construction safety manager will oversee subcontractors at the Data Center during the construction phase. Has a safety manager on site, will be more paperwork and a field support role.
