Human Resources Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager to lead and manage all HR functions within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives.
  • Oversee the recruitment and selection process to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and compliance.
  • Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements.
  • Maintain and update HR policies and procedures.
  • Lead training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Collaborate with department managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
  • Maintain HR records and prepare reports for management.

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of HR management experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

    Job Type & Location

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lexington, Kentucky.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $115000.00 / hr.

    Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
