About The Position
Position Highlights :
We are seeking a Rheumatologist to join our established rheumatology practice on a locum tenens basis. This role offers a steady weekday schedule, no call, and the opportunity to work both in-person and virtually with a diverse adult patient population.
Overview :
- Hours : Monday – Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 4 : 30 PM
- Average Cases : 12–16 patients / day
- Appointment Length : 40 min (new patients), 20 min (follow-ups)
- No Call or hospital rounding required
- EMR : Epic
Responsibilities :
Manage established patient panel and assist with care of current patientsReview and sign therapy plans / infusion ordersProvide laboratory surveillance and medication refillsPerform joint injections as neededHandle in-basket management and virtual patient visitsRequirements :
Board CertifiedActive Pennsylvania Medical LicenseBLS CertificationDEA RegistrationMinimum 1 year of experienceIf you meet the qualifications and are ready to start, please submit your CV and availability.
