ACS Professional Staffing is looking for an employee to work on-site with our client. This Architect Project Manager will lead high-performing teams through all phases of project execution, from design and documentation to permitting and construction. They will manage schedules, budgets, and client alignment while mentoring teams and driving innovation across disciplines. This full-time position is located in Bozeman, MT.

Responsibilities :

• Drive excellence in Architectural Design and Leadership.
• Engage innovative projects that shape our communities while leading high-performing teams to new heights.
• Independently supervise Project teams through all phases of project execution, including contract management, design, documentation, permitting, and construction administration.
• Demonstrate proficiency in the design and technical aspects of projects while overseeing internal budgets, drafting fee proposals, conducting earned-value analysis, managing invoicing, and ensuring alignment with client objectives and successful budget execution.
• Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring that milestones are achieved on time and within scope.
• Mentor dynamic project teams where innovation thrives. Your leadership will foster collaboration across disciplines, turning ambitious designs into reality while developing tomorrow's industry leaders.
