About the role
We are seeking a skilled Demand Planning Specialist to join the Operations Governance and Reporting team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to optimize our operational capacity and forecast future resource needs across various operations teams that support Life and Retirement.

For positions based in Jersey City, NJ, the base salary range is $90,000 - $120,000 and the position is eligible for a bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan. In addition, we’re proud to offer a range of competitive benefits.
