Additional Compensation Details : Annual Performance Review Increase : Variable based on individual performance. End of Year Bonus : Variable based on years of service. Referral Bonus : $2,000 for local drivers, $3,000 for regional drivers. Safety Bonus : Up to $1,275 per year, paid monthly and quarterly. DOT Inspection Bonus : $150 for clean inspection; $500 for clean inspection with HAZMAT load. Customer Compliment Bonus : $200 per compliment received from a customer (up to 3 per individual customer). Thanksgiving Bonus : $35 annual “Turkey Check” toward your Holiday celebration. Vacation increases to 2 weeks (80 hours) on January 1 following 2 full years of service. Vacation increases to 3 weeks (120 hours) on January 1 following 5 full years of service.
