Position Purpose

McDonald's General Manager has the responsibility for providing leadership, directing and delegating the daily operational challenges to his / her assistant managers, ensuring compliance with McDonald's in all areas of operations : production, customer satisfaction, inventory management, team management, equipment maintenance and repair, financial management, and profit accountability. The person applying for this position must have excellent interpersonal skills and must be a professional communicator and strong leader.
