A day in the life
Step into our Aurora or Arvada, CO facility and take the lead on multi-axis CNC milling work that demands accuracy, craft, and ownership. You’ll transform complex models into flawless parts using state-of-the-art vertical machining centers and modern CAM tools. If you thrive on precision and love solving machining puzzles, you’ll feel right at home here. Experienced (Level 3) candidates are also encouraged to apply.
What you’ll do
- Set up and run CNC mills across 3–4 axis and 5+ axis VMC workflows to deliver tight-tolerance components.
- Interpret prints and apply GD&T to drive consistent dimensional accuracy and surface finish.
- Program toolpaths using G-code and CAM platforms, including Mastercam and Autodesk Fusion 360.
- Own routine maintenance, offsets, tool changes, and troubleshooting to keep equipment in peak condition.
- Partner with engineering and design to refine processes, reduce cycle time, and improve manufacturability.
- Verify results with precision metrology, ensuring every part meets spec before moving downstream.
- Champion safety—maintain an orderly, compliant, and clean workcell at all times.
What you’ll bring
Proven CNC machining experience with a focus on milling.Fluency in GD&T, CNC tooling selection, and CNC programming best practices.Hands-on background with 3–4 axis and 5+ axis VMCs (Haas experience a plus).Comfort with Mastercam and Autodesk Fusion 360 for CAM programming.Solid command of G-code and practical application on the shop floor.Sharp problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail, and pride in quality.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Your core proficiencies
