The Opportunity
As a Sales Development Representative for PracticeBeat, you'll play a pivotal role on our sales team, working closely with Account Executives and reporting to the head of sales. We're looking for a tenacious sales development professional who thrives on the hunt for new business and can effectively articulate the value of our healthcare technology platform to medical practices.
This is a high-impact role where you'll be the first point of contact for practices struggling with patient acquisition, helping them discover how PracticeBeat can transform their growth trajectory. You'll master the art of connecting with busy healthcare professionals, understanding their unique challenges, and positioning qualified opportunities for our Account Executive team.

What You'll DoCore Outbound Sales Activities
- Execute daily high-volume cold outreach to qualified medical practice prospects across multiple channels including email, LinkedIn, phone, and targeted campaigns
- Book qualified product demonstrations with healthcare professionals for Account Executives at a predictable, consistent pace of 20-25 qualified meetings per month
- Research and identify ideal prospects including practice owners, administrators, and decision-makers who match our ideal customer profile across various medical specialties
- Craft personalized, compelling outreach that resonates with busy healthcare professionals and clearly articulates PracticeBeat's value proposition
- Maintain detailed prospecting records in CRM system, tracking all touchpoints, responses, and qualification criteria
Sales Process Innovation & Optimization
Pilot and test different outbound sales cadences including email sequences, social selling approaches, and multi-touch campaigns to optimize response ratesCollaborate with sales leadership to consistently meet and exceed performance expectations including activity metrics, response rates, and meeting booking goalsImplement coaching feedback from managers and Account Executives to continuously improve messaging, timing, and approach effectivenessProvide valuable feedback to help iterate and improve our overall sales process based on prospect interactions and market responseOptimize workflows and processes to achieve maximum productivity while maintaining high-quality prospect experiencesRelationship Building & Qualification
