Assembly Lead, 1st Shift - Exmark job at The Toro Company. Beatrice, NE.

Hours

2nd Shift 2 : 00pm - 10 : 00pm

Pay $19.59 plus $2.00 shift differential and $2.00 for lead for a total of $23.59

Responsibilities

• Estimates, requisitions, and inspects materials to meet production goals.
• Examines items produced to determine if items meet specifications.
• Position parts in specified relationship to each other using general knowledge of product and / or using bills of materials.
• Operates drill presses, punch presses, and / or various power tools to assist in the assembly operation. Must be able to fasten parts together using bolts, screws, and clips.
• Establishes or adjusts work procedures to meet production schedules.
• Meet production quotas and maintain quality standards.
• Must be proficient at multiple workstations so they may work at different stations as production need require.
• Assist with training of new employees.
• Ability to meet the established Advanced Assembler requirements.
• Continually strive to improve production methods, equipment performance and quality of p roduct.
• Maintains clean and safe working environment in accordance with 5S standards.
• Identify and apply Lean methodologies to ensure processes are scientifically controlled and continuously improved.
