QA / QC Manager - Industrial Tower Construction

We’re looking for a QA / QC Manager with strong experience in industrial tower construction to oversee quality assurance and control across fabrication, erection, and maintenance projects. This role plays a critical part in ensuring that all work meets the highest standards for safety, compliance, and structural integrity.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement project-specific QA / QC plans and inspection protocols
• Conduct field inspections and audits during construction and repair phases
• Oversee welding, structural connections, coatings, and other tower-specific components
• Ensure compliance with customer specifications, internal standards, and industry codes
• Maintain documentation for inspections, material certifications, and testing reports
• Train field personnel on quality standards and best practices
• Work with project managers and superintendents to resolve issues and improve workflows
• Coordinate with third-party inspectors and regulatory bodies as required
• Track non-conformance issues and lead corrective action efforts
• Support safety goals by ensuring QA / QC procedures align with site safety protocols
