About The Position

We are

seeking a Locums Internal Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to

provide primary care coverage in a well-established outpatient clinic located

in Cheshire, Connecticut. This opportunity offers a standard weekday schedule

with no call requirements, in a supportive and collaborative clinical

environment.

Assignment

Details :

Setting : Outpatient –

Primary Care

Start Date : ASAP, ongoing

as needed

Shift Schedule :

• Monday – Friday, 8-hour shifts
• Start Time : 8 : 00 AM
• No nights, weekends, or call

Patient Volume : Approximately

18 patients per day

Patient Population : Adults (18+

years) only

Responsibilities :

Conduct routine wellness visits and

follow-up care

Coordinate care and referrals as

needed

Requirements :

Board Certified Nurse Practitioner

or Physician Assistant

Experience in internal medicine or

adult primary care preferred
