You will oversee translation workflows, manage customer relationships, and contribute to process improvements. Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans to ensure smooth execution of translation workflows.
• Manage administrative tasks and create projects within Amazon's translation management system.
• Act as the primary point of contact to provide first-level support and set clear expectations with customers, vendors, and partners.
• Organize and prepare files for translation, ensuring accuracy and readiness.
• Oversee review processes and incorporate feedback into translation memories effectively.
• Identify opportunities to enhance workflows, tools, or processes and implement improvements.
• Foster a positive team environment that promotes collaboration and continuous learning.
• Coordinate with global stakeholders to ensure alignment and quality in deliverables.
• Monitor project timelines and address any potential delays proactively.
