VP of Finance | Fast-Growing SaaS Company

To support this next phase of expansion, they’re seeking a Vice President of Finance to lead all aspects of financial strategy, operations, and planning, partnering closely with the CEO and executive team.

🎯 The Role

As VP of Finance , you’ll be responsible for steering the financial direction of the organisation, ensuring sustainable growth and operational excellence. You will :

• Lead financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting .
• Partner with leadership to drive strategic initiatives, M&A analysis, and investor relations .
• Build out and scale financial systems, controls, and processes to support rapid expansion.
• Oversee cash flow management, SaaS metrics (ARR, churn, CAC / LTV), and revenue recognition .
• Manage relationships with investors, lenders, auditors, and external advisors .
• Develop and mentor a high-performing finance team.
• Serve as a strategic business partner, translating financial insights into commercial actions.
