Summary of Job Duties

• Understand the admissions processes and procedures to assist prospective students with the completion of the application for admission and procurement of needed documents.
• Become familiar with all data systems used to correctly process student applications to the college.
• Proactively contact students as needed to verify data and correct / update data as needed.
• Understand UA-PTC registration and advising processes in order to facilitate students from the admissions process to enrollment.
• In addition to general prospect / applicant case load, manage a specific admission program or student population such as Early College, International Students, Baptist Health, or Adult Education.
• Using strong customer services skills, make appropriate service and resource referrals.
• Maintain and ensure confidentiality of student academic records and personal information.
• Assist in college recruitment activities as requested.
• Understand the financial aid policies and processes and provide general information; understand general awards and scholarship processes.
• Other duties as assigned.
