Qualifications :
Graduate degree from an accredited nurse practitioner program.5+ years of critical care experience preferred.Active NP license or eligible to become licensed in Connecticut.Authorized to work in the United States.Practice in the Heart of the Community

We offer an array of flexible scheduling options.Key Responsibilities :
Provide high-quality, comprehensive care to medical and surgical patients in an ICU within a 249-bed community hospital.Demonstrate autonomous care within an ICU setting for medical and surgical patients with support from a full complement of medical subspecialists.Work closely with colleagues in other departments to ensure smooth transitions of care.Participate in and encourage other team members to participate actively in committees and become part of the larger hospital team.Living and Working in Manchester :
