Critical Order Representative

Critical Order Representative(s) primary duties will include, but not limited to : Expediting Aftermarket parts for customer orders that have been escalated to the Machine Down list, Salesforce case management, and general buyer support within the Aftermarket team.

What You'll Do

Responsibilities :

• Communication with Supply Chain and Internal production facilities regarding expediting Machine Down items that have been escalated to the Critical Order Team
• Salesforce action management, providing visibility to external teams on part status.
• Will work a yearlong side project that goes hand in hand with standard work.
• Will have 4 quarterly projects that will be decided by the individual.
• This is a team environment, there will be shared tasks between all members of the Critical Order Representative's including closing completed Salesforce action's as well as coverage when others are out.

Salary : The hourly rate range for this position is $25-30 / hr.
