Headwater Companies is a Division of Franklin Electric, a publicly-traded company on the NASDAQ stock market under the symbol FELE.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Maintain a clean, safe and efficient warehouse by ensuring stock is handled and dispositioned in an organized manner
• Prepare all shipments including pulling stock and preparation of invoices
• Receive all incoming shipments; including inspecting for damages and auditing for accuracy
• Put stock away in proper location after it has been received in the ERP system
• Assist in loading and unloading of trucks
• Assist with the maintenance of inventory control and cycle counts
• Assists with deliveries and customer service as needed
• Performs other related duties as neededPOSITION QUALIFICATIONS : Skills and Abilities :
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
• Ability to create routine reports and correspondence
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form
• Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations
• Acceptable MVR per Automobile Insurer guidelines; must be able to meet this requirement during annual insurance review, if requiredPHYSICAL ACTIVITIES : While performing the functions of this job, the employee is :
• Regularly required to sit and to talk or hear
• Regularly required to stand or walk
• Regularly lift and / or move up to 50 pounds
• Frequently required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel and to reach with hands and arms
