Duration : 13 weeks

Schedule Shift : 9 : 00AM-5 : 30PM | Days | 40 Hours / week

Pay Rate : $22 / hr

Description :

TITLE : Medical Assistant

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE / TRAINING

Required :

2+ Years of MA and receptionist experience
Comfortable with phone calls, greeting, processing, mailing and cleaning|
High school Diploma

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Greeting patients, answering phones, and responding to inquiries.

Scheduling appointments and managing patient flow.

Collecting personal information, verifying insurance, and recording medical history.

Maintaining accurate and confidential medical records.

Preparing examination rooms, helping patients prepare for exams, and taking vital signs like blood pressure, temperature, and weight.

Assisting physicians during examinations and procedures.

Collecting and preparing specimens for lab tests, and performing basic in-office tests.

Administering injections and medications as directed by the physician.

Assisting with procedures like drawing blood, removing sutures, and changing dressings.
