What You'll Do

  • Deliver intraoperative patient care as the first assistant to the surgeon(s).
  • Conduct focused nursing assessments pre-operatively and communicate desired patient outcomes.
  • Monitor patient responses and modify care plans as needed.
  • Participate in professional development and lifelong learning opportunities.
  • Advocate for patients and families, ensuring ethical decision-making in perioperative care.

What You'll Bring

  • Nursing Diploma / Associate's Degree in Nursing.
  • 2-5 years of nursing experience.
  • Current RN license.
  • Preferred : Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and certifications such as Certified First Assistant or CNOR.
