Job Description

Seeking a skilled Clinical Pharmacist to join our inpatient pharmacy team. The pharmacist will provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care to ensure safe, effective, and cost-efficient medication use across acute care settings.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Review and verify physician orders for accuracy, appropriateness, and potential interactions.
  • Prepare, compound, and dispense medications according to established policies and regulations.
  • Provide drug information and clinical support to physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Monitor patient medication therapy and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and contribute to patient care planning.
  • Maintain accurate records of all pharmaceutical transactions.
  • Ensure compliance with hospital, state, and federal guidelines.

    • Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of inpatient pharmacy experience required.
  • Active Minnesota Pharmacist License
  • Experience with EpicCare Inpatient EMR (Epic Systems) preferred.
  • Availability for day shifts , 40 hours per week.

    Active Minnesota Pharmacist License

    Basic Life Support (BLS) – Required
