About The Position

We are

seeking an experienced Locums Diagnostic Radiology Physician to provide

full-time coverage at a hospital-based setting in Charleston, WV. The ideal

candidate will be proficient across a broad range of diagnostic modalities and

capable of performing light interventional procedures. This position offers a

stable weekday schedule with no nights, weekends, or on-call responsibilities.

Position

Details :

• Setting : Onsite – Hospital-based

Daily Volume : 90–100 cases per

8-hour shift

wRVUs : Approximately

70 per shift

Modalities : X-ray, CT, MRI,

Ultrasound, Nuclear Medicine, Fluoroscopy

Light

Interventional Procedures Include :

Biopsies : Thyroid, lung,

bone, liver, renal (CT and ultrasound-guided)

Drainages : Paracentesis,

thoracentesis, abscess drainages, chest tube placement, cyst drainage

Lumbar Punctures : Diagnostic

lumbar puncture, myelogram

Arthrograms : Knee, elbow,

hip, ankle, shoulder joint injections

Requirements :

Board Certification in Diagnostic

Radiology (required)

Active Medical License : West

Virginia (Ohio license noted; will confirm WV requirement before

credentialing)

Experience : 2+ years

post-residency experience preferred
