    • Compensation : $40.00 / hr to $50.00 / hr depending on experience

    Hours : 7 : 30 am to 4 : 00 pm or 8 : 00 am to 4 : 30 pm with a half-hour lunch

    Requirements :

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • 5+ years' experience with commercial HVAC service
  • Willingness to travel to the service area
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Professional appearance
  • EPA Universal Certification
  • Ability to follow directions given, both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to comply with all safety rules
  • Ability to handle system start-up and adjustments
  • Ability to work independently

    • Responsibilities :

  • Perform scheduled maintenance on commercial HVAC systems to prevent potential issues and ensure efficient operation
  • Utilize advanced diagnostic tools to identify and troubleshoot HVAC system malfunctions and inefficiencies
  • Execute repairs on commercial equipment, including chillers, boilers, rooftop units, air handlers, pumps, and controls
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and service visits
  • Adhere to safety protocols and standards while working with complex HVAC systems and equipment
  • Communicate with clients professionally and courteously, explaining technical details and proposed solutions clearly
