Entry Level Machine Operator

We are looking for an Entry Level Machine Operator who is willing to learn, is motivated and works well in a fast-paced environment for our Des Plaines, IL facility.

Job Summary : First -Shift Machine Operators use production machines in accordance with established procedures and guidelines to complete tasks accurately, according to specifications, and in a timely fashion. Reports directly to the first -shift supervisor.

Job Duties and Responsibilities :

• Operate various manufacturing equipment including computer-controlled (CNC) machines, manual drill presses, and automatic saws.
• Perform routine adjustments to machine settings to maintain product quality
• Move work-in-process between production areas as needed
• Bring production-related problems to the attention of the supervisor

Job Requirements :

The successful applicant will possess the following qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent
