Field Service Technician

The field service technician performs different types of support at the customer's location, such as troubleshooting, setup, and installation of systems and equipment.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot & Repair : Diagnose and resolve electrical issues in commercial settings, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal system performance.

Install & Maintain : Install and maintain electrical systems and equipment, adhering to safety standards and building codes.

Customer Interaction : Provide exceptional customer service, educating clients on preventive maintenance and safety regulations.

Record Keeping : Maintain accurate records of service calls, training, and expenses.

Qualifications

Licensing : Valid Journeyman Electrician license.

Experience : Demonstrated experience in electrical installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting in commercial environments.

Skills : Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics.

Communication : Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.

Physical Requirements : Capability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform tasks requiring bending, kneeling, and standing for prolonged periods.

Background Check : Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check.
