Kaeser Compressors, Inc. is seeking an individual who has worked in an industrial or manufacturing environment to fill the position of Branch Service Manager for our Boston Branch. The selected candidate will :

• Supervise the work, assignments, and schedule of the Service Technicians and profitability of the Service Department
• Provide technical and engineering support to Service Technicians and customers for installations, start-up, maintenance and troubleshooting
• Assist in generating quotes for service repairs / maintenance agreements
• Implement and maintain a comprehensive Service Technician training program
• Work with the sales force to ensure proper installation and design
• Maintain the parts department including inventory
