Inside Sales Representative – Vehicle Service Contracts

We Want You If You Have Experience In :

Debt collection – You know how to take control of a conversation and close under pressure.

Student loan sales or servicing – You’ve mastered explaining financial products and navigating objections.

Solar sales – You’ve built trust quickly over the phone and know how to sell value.

SEO or digital marketing sales – You’re persuasive, articulate, and comfortable selling intangibles.

What You'll Do :

Engage with warm, inbound leads and walk them through VSC options

Overcome objections and explain coverage benefits clearly and confidently

Close sales over the phone and hit or exceed daily / weekly / monthly KPIs

Maintain accurate CRM records

Requirements :

1+ year of inside sales, call center, or phone-based closing experience

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Competitive, goal-driven mindset

Ability to work full-time on-site in a high-energy sales environment

Bonus if you have :

Experience selling insurance, or warranty services

Proven history of exceeding quotas and earning commissions

Location : Costa Mesa, CA

Schedule : Monday - Friday 7am - 4pm PST

Compensation : Base or commission
