Job Description

Facility : A healthcare facility provides primary care services to residents of Fort Morgan and the surrounding areas. Primary care services typically include routine medical care, preventive services, management of chronic conditions, and referrals to specialists when needed.
Opportunity :

- Candidate must have 3+ plus years’ experience in Primary Care and be Board Certified in either Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
