Bindery Set Up Operator

Nosco is looking for a Bindery Setup Operator at our Gurnee, IL facility.

As an employee owner in this position, you will set up and operate Bindery equipment in accordance with both internal and customer specifications, while working in a safe and efficient manner. This is a position that requires a critical eye for detail, precision, and consistency. All while working in a team-based environment.

In this role, you will…

• Operate available equipment to ensure production objectives are met.
• Cross train to be able to run all finishing assets in the Bindery department.
• Perform minor preventive maintenance / repairs, report any mechanical defects to Manager and Team Lead, and keep machinery in good working condition.
• Ensure quality system procedures are always followed.
• Ensure department meets all needs for customer satisfaction including OTD.

The typical pay range for this role is $19.00 - $27.00.

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base offer will depend on a variety of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
