About the Role
Our client, a rapidly growing landscape maintenance and installation company, is seeking a bilingual (Spanish-speaking) Human Resources Manager to lead and manage all aspects of HR. This role is both strategic and hands-on, supporting a diverse workforce including seasonal labor through the H-2B visa program.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
- Oversee payroll processing and benefits administration
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
- Manage employee relations, investigations, and conflict resolution
- Lead recruitment and onboarding for seasonal and year-round roles
- Administer performance management and training programs
- Manage the full lifecycle of the H-2B visa program and ensure regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with operations to forecast seasonal labor needs
- Promote a positive, inclusive, and safe workplace culture
- Champion employee engagement, retention, and DEI initiatives
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master's or HR certification preferred)Bilingual in Spanish requiredExperience with H-2B or similar seasonal workforce immigration programs preferredStrong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practicesProven leadership in high-volume, labor-intensive industriesProficiency in HRIS, payroll systems, and ExcelWork Environment
