As our Construction Superintendent (Installation & Modernization), you will play a pivotal role in overseeing both modernization and new installation projects. You will collaborate closely with sales teams to review bid documents and assess job requirements, while also guiding your team on construction sites with a strong understanding of code compliance and building systems. Your experience in managing financials and working with general contractors will ensure project profitability and resource efficiency. This dual-focus role demands strategic oversight and hands-on leadership, driving success for both yourself and the team across diverse job sites.

You will bring 5+ years of relevant construction expertise as well as supervisory experience ideally leading a union represented workforce to our KONE family and an appetite for learning an exciting and new field. You will use the knowledge gained when obtaining your associate degree in a related field or additional years of experience.

The hiring range for this role is $111,100 $152,790. The compensation package offered will depend on the candidate's ability to meet the requirements of the role and a range of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to their skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location.
