Your Role : A Day in the Life of an LPN

As an integral part of our care team, you’ll bring comfort, compassion, and expertise to our residents. Your responsibilities will include :

• Vital Monitoring : Keep a close eye on patients’ vital signs, ensuring their health and safety.
• Personalized Care : Assist with bathing, feeding, dressing, and other activities to ensure residents’ comfort and dignity.
• Medical Support : Administer medications, change dressings, and support healing while working closely with medical staff.
• Patient Advocacy : Update records accurately and confidentially, evaluating residents’ well-being and promptly reporting changes.
• Education & Communication : Explain treatments and procedures to residents and their families, offering clarity and support.
