Associate's degree from an accredited college or university in Business Administration or closely related field or High School Diploma / GED and four (4) additional years of related experience.Three (3) years of experience in large-scale procurement (over $50,000), to include two (2) years of experience drafting and processing contracts.Key Responsibilities
Solicits and receives price quotes, solicits quotes by phone, and conducts research on equipment and goods considered to determine quality and grade.Reviews electronic purchase order requisitions over $5,000 and account balances for the purpose of determining competitive process used, appropriate approvals, and sufficient funds availability.Assists in preparing and requesting quotes when anticipated cost equals or exceeds $50,000 to include collaboration with procurement staff and department.Assists in preparing Invitations to Bid (ITB) and Requests for Proposal (RFP) packages when anticipated cost equals / exceeds $100,000, to include collaboration with procurement staff and department, and coordinating all required documents and notices, meetings and scheduling.Please review the full job description by clicking on the link below.
