Surestaff is immediately hiring a Warehouse Associate for a client in Cobden, IL. The Warehouse Associate position plays a key role in order fulfillment, packaging, and maintaining warehouse operations. All temp-to hire employees are offered competitive compensation ($16-16.50 / hr.) as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision).

Available Shifts :

1st shift Monday-Friday, 6 : 00 AM - 2 : 30 PM (Saturdays as needed)

Responsibilities of the Warehouse Associate :

• Manually pick, pack, and stage orders onto pallets
• Repackage bulk items into proper containers and build secure pallets
• Prepare shipments (shrink-wrapping, boxing, labeling)
• Transport raw materials to storage areas
• Complete daily logs and maintain accurate records
• Perform quality inspections to ensure product standards
• Operate RF scanners and Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Safely use packing machinery and follow lockout procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace (sweeping, mopping, inventory management)
• Train new team members as needed
• Follow all safety guidelines and company policies
