Training Developer

Trainer / Instructor

Analyzing and determining technical training needs, procedures, and programs for selected groups

Ensuring consistent application of training standards

Planning, evaluating, organizing, and developing training curricula, and materials to meet specific training needs, in the enhancement of existing programs

Facilitating training during introduction of new courses

Researching outside training resources

Maintaining record of training activities and participant progress, assisting in the monitoring of the effectiveness of the programs

Staying abreast of new training methods and may determine relevancy to the current training curricula

Providing instruction and guidance to trainers

Requirements :

• Active TS / SCI eligible clearance
• Training certification : Navy Master Training Specialist (MTS) or equivalent

Clearance Information : SRC IS A CONTRACTOR FOR THE U.S. GOVERNMENT. THIS POSITION WILL REQUIRE U.S. CITIZENSHIP AS WELL AS A U.S. GOVERNMENT SECURITY CLEARANCE AT THE TOP SECRET / SCI LEVEL.
