A company is looking for a People Operations Coordinator to support its HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
Support core HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and HRIS maintenance
Manage employee data in ADP, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Generate reports and analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making
Required Qualifications
2-3 years of experience in HR coordination or a related field
Knowledge of U.S. and Canadian employment laws and regulations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS platforms (ADP preferred)
Ability to work effectively in a multi-site, virtual environment
High integrity with the ability to handle confidential information
