Compensation :  $180,000 $225,000

A nationally recognized Top-10 ENR construction management firm is seeking a  Project Executive to lead complex, high-profile projects in the Houston area. This role offers the opportunity to direct large-scale construction initiatives, mentor project teams, and play a key role in ensuring successful project delivery and client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate is a proven leader with strong technical expertise, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The position will be primarily based on-site, with limited travel for meetings and training.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead major construction projects or multiple smaller project teams from start to completion
• Ensure full compliance with safety, quality, and contractual requirements
• Oversee project financial performance, forecasting, and reporting
• Manage subcontracting strategy and lead all major negotiations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders
• Guide and support project administration, field supervision, and engineering staff
• Collaborate with leadership and business development to drive growth and client satisfaction
• Mentor and develop team members, fostering a positive and inclusive work culture
