Job Description

Oversees the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects involving utilities such as water and waste water. Coordinates with engineers, contractors, and utility companies to ensure project requirements and safety standards are met. Manages project budgets, schedules, and resources to deliver projects on time and within scope. Ensures compliance with local, state, and federal regulations throughout the construction process. Identifies and resolves project risks, issues, and delays proactively. Communicates progress and updates to stakeholders, clients, and team members. Conducts site inspections to monitor quality, safety, and adherence to project specifications.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have :
