We are looking for a Part-Time Administrative Assistant to join our team located in Philadelphia Pennsylvania. This role will be responsible for supporting all administrative duties including but not limited to sorting mail communicating with building facilities and checking in guests.
This is a part-time temp-to-hire position. The role will be working 3 days a week up to 30 hours. Core business hours are Tuesday through Thursday 10 am - 3 pm; however there is flexibility.

The salary for this role will be based on a variety of factors including but not limited to geographic location internal equity experience education specialty and training. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set level of experience and specific location. Compensation may also include bonus commission or equity as applicable.
