PlayDate Behavioral Interventions, a locally owned nonprofit serving the Pikes Peak area, is the place for you! Our collaborative team is dedicated to serving children ages 0-18. We ensure lack of funding is not a barrier by providing over $3 million in scholarship and pro bono services in the Colorado Springs area over the last 16 years. Since we are not solely focused on profit, we value our employees and pay them for every minute they work, regardless of if that work is billable to a funding source.
We are seeking motivated individuals for positions providing applied behavioral analysis (ABA) services to children with disabilities, including individual therapy, group/social skills therapy, and educational placement. Qualified candidates will display a dedication to improving lives, commitment to collaboration, the pursuit of excellence as well as being compassionate and flexible.
Not an RBT yet? No problem! We offer paid training to help you obtain this national certification!! PAY: $17-21.75 during training to receive RBT; $22+ with RBT plus $100 signing bonus

The position offers FREE supervision under a BCBA for candidates pursuing RBT certification; all 40 hours of RBT training will be paid! On-going training and supervision is provided to all staff.

  • Your first responsibility as an RBT is to take that commitment very seriously. Our families rely on us to provide their children the best opportunities for learning and increasing their independence. The effectiveness and success of the teaching strategies utilized by PlayDate are highly dependent upon repeated experiences; our students need a routine they can count on. Your consistent attendance is very important to our students and a key part of PlayDate’s success.
  • Know what goals the client is working on, how to implement the programs, and details of previous sessions.
  • Collect data during session accurately. As questions arise, ask the Consultant or Senior for further direction.
  • Maintain positive relationships with clients and professional contacts.
  • Integrate appropriate therapeutic techniques and interventions at all times.
  • Complete all tasks and trainings assigned within established time frames.
