We are a dedicated and vibrant multi-specialty periodontal office seeking a passionate and proactive Dental Hygiene Specialist to enhance our team. This position focuses on delivering exceptional periodontal care, and we are searching for someone eager to make a significant impact on patients' oral and overall health.

Schedule : Full Time, 5 days / week, with travel between our LaGrange and Berwyn locations

Responsibilities

• Conduct periodontal maintenance, scaling, and root planing procedures.
• Educate patients about oral hygiene and the importance of periodontal health.
• Assist the doctor during dental exams as necessary.
• Collaborate with doctors to support comprehensive patient care.
• Help formulate and communicate tailored treatment plans.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and all relevant regulatory standards.
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient records.
• Foster a positive team environment and enhance the patient experience.
